Career Pathway
The Consultant Career Pathway describes the opportunities at Agnew Peckham and the assessment and eligibility criteria for consideration for promotion and development. It is intended to help employees set personal targets, and assess their own development.
The Consultant Career Pathway outlines the potential evolutionary steps in the career of a consultant at Agnew Peckham and the methods of assessment of personal and project performance that will guide a team member's advancement. Responsibilities in each stage of development in a consultant's career are broadly defined as follows
Level 1, New Consultant: Research, supporting role to other team members and project work (limited to the expertise/ skills of the consultant)
Level 2, Consultant: Research and project work
Level 3, Senior Consultant: Management of projects (or stages of a project) and project work (including areas of developed, specialized expertise)
Level 4, Principal: Participation in strategic decision-making regarding the management of the firm, management of projects and project work
Level 5, Partner: Ownership and corresponding management of the financial aspects and strategic decision-making of the firm, project management and project work. The managing partner has additional administrative responsibilities related to the firm.
